The main objective of NTAGhana is to firstly, rely on the experiences of private-sector manufacturers, wholesalers and key distributors of building materials in the building and construction industry of Ghana and secondly, to prompt their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in supporting sustainable youth employment (SDG 8.6) and sanitation improvement (SDG 6.2)

Vision

Mission

To promote and ensure universal access to safe, dignified, and sustainable sanitation for ALL Ghanaians through advocacy, education, innovation and community-driven solutions.

Who we are

Why We Exist

NTAGhana together with Government and other relevant sector stakeholders, seeks to promote adequate standards of toilet facilities and construction materials by pooling the expertise of its members to provide versions of toilets/toilet construction materials that ensure quality, easy access and use by ALL.  We work hand in hand with government agencies, local communities, development partners, NGOs, and the private sector to improve sanitation infrastructure, influence policy and transform behavior.

NTA supports SESNET-Africa’s More Toilets, More Jobs (MTMJ) initiative through CSR, and thus contributes efforts towards SDG 6.2 home toilets ownership and SDG 8.6 decent jobs contributing to addressing the NEET (Youth Not in Education, Employment or Training) challenge.
